Submitted on Sun Feb 10Does everyone know that "Mardi Gras" is french for "Fat Tuesday"? Related to religious fasting before Ash Wednesday - people would eat lots of fattening foods the night before and party and stuff before their pious reverence.
In america - people basically just drink a lot so we've offered up some real good drink specials all night. plus its free all night!
